Overview

The report presents the Group's 2025 ESG performance across six campuses and one online education entity in China. It reports Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions, partial Scope 3 coverage for purchased goods and services, operational waste and business travel, and an approximately 5% absolute reduction target by 2029 against a 2024 baseline. The workforce disclosure records 6,110 employees at year-end. The report also describes Board-level ESG oversight and extensive energy, water, safety, integrity and community initiatives.
