Overview

The report covers the REIT's 2022 ESG performance across governance, employees, communities and environmental impact. It reports 261 year-end employees, gross Scope 1 emissions of 23,945 metric tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalents and gross location-based Scope 2 emissions of 2692 metric tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalents. Key commitments include reducing portfolio energy use by 10% and water use by 5% by 2025 from a 2019 baseline, and reaching net-zero emissions by 2050. Governance reporting includes Board ESG oversight and reporting under GRI and SASB.
