Overview

The report presents FY14 as the launch year for Mirvac's “This Changes Everything” sustainability strategy, organised around four focus areas and 19 material issues. It reports 11,441 tCO2-e of Scope 1 emissions, 28,032 tCO2-e of Scope 3 emissions, 96% construction-waste recycling and a 75,500 MWh 2014 energy baseline. Mirvac also established a group-wide community-investment data system and reported 1,281 employees with 33% female board representation.
