Overview

The report presents MHI's FY2012 results, including consolidated net sales of ¥2,817.8 billion and a consolidated workforce of 68,213 employees. It expands ESG information with an integrated-reporting perspective and describes the MHI Environmental Vision 2030 around energy security and environmental protection. The ESG section covers CSR, environmental performance, human rights, labor practices, compliance, social contribution and governance systems. The CSR Committee, chaired by the President, is described as setting policies for social issues and important activity themes.
