Overview

The report describes Mitsui Kinzoku Group's FY2022 performance and integrated approach to financial, social and environmental value creation. It sets a 38% reduction target for energy-derived Scope 1 and 2 CO2 emissions by FY2030 and carbon neutrality by FY2050. The Group also began calculating Scope 3 emissions across domestic sites and reports 13,241 consolidated employees, alongside expanded diversity and human-capital initiatives.
