Overview

The report presents the Mitsui-Soko Group's purpose-led value creation model and eight materialities, with sustainability initiatives overseen by the Board of Directors and Sustainability Committee. For the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025, consolidated operating revenue was 280,742 Millions of yen, with 7,924 employees, 988 TJ of total energy usage, and 7,934 t of waste emissions. The Group set a 50% Scope 1 + 2 reduction target by 2031 and a net-zero target by 2051, while expanding TCFD and TNFD disclosures and conducting human rights due diligence. It also reports progress in human capital and DX, including 13.9 hours of average annual training and 11 DX-enabled systems.
