Overview

The report presents FY2024 performance through an integrated value-creation narrative, highlighting the new CANADE HR framework and a consolidated workforce of 52,554. Sustainable finance reached ¥40.3 trillion cumulatively from FY2019 to FY2024 against a ¥100 trillion FY2030 target. Scope 1 and 2 emissions were reported at 58,000 tCO 2 provisionally, down 64% from FY2020, alongside carbon-neutral-by-FY2030 and net-zero Scope 3-by-2050 commitments.
