The report describes MNRB Group's Board-led sustainability governance, supported by board and management risk committees and a Sustainability Working Group. For FY2020, the employee profile reported 56% female employees and age distribution of 21% below 30, 66% aged 30-50 and 13% above 50. Environmental initiatives included 1,514,971 kWh of electricity consumption, 11,838 m3 of water consumption and 6,526kg of waste recycled. The report also details responsible insurance and takaful products, employee development programmes and community initiatives.
