Overview

The report presents MNRB Group's FY2021 sustainability approach across economic, environmental and social priorities, with sustainability overseen by the Board and Board Risk Management Committee. It reports a refreshed materiality assessment and identifies six top material matters: customer satisfaction, technology and innovation, responsible products and services, value-based collaboration, developing talents and cybersecurity. During the pandemic, the Group expanded digital and remote-working initiatives, maintained employee development programmes and delivered relief and community programmes. Environmental initiatives included lower FY2021 electricity consumption of 4,128,679 kWh and office water consumption of 28,014 m3, alongside carbon-footprint mitigation and recycling.
