Overview

The report describes MNRB Group's FY2024 sustainability governance, resource-efficiency baseline, employee wellbeing actions and community initiatives. The Board monitored sustainability strategy and performance, while the Group established a dedicated Sustainability Management Department and continued its materiality assessment process. Environmental disclosures include 4,318,037 kWh of electricity use and 27,079 m3 of water consumption, alongside net-zero commitments. The Group reported zero work-related fatalities and invested RM1,358,912 through 24 IKHLAS Barakah House initiatives benefiting 12,537 people.
