Overview

The report presents MTG's 2015 corporate responsibility performance across environmental, social and governance topics. Environmental data show 16,844 tonnes CO2e of total carbon emissions, 71,782 GJ of total energy consumption and a 13% renewable-energy share. Social highlights include 3,995 average FTE employees, 43% women in the workforce and 17% women on the board, while the report records zero confirmed corruption cases. Ethos International provided independent moderate Type 2 assurance, and MTG reports a CDP score of 95C.
