Overview

The report presents MTG's 2021 corporate responsibility strategy across environmental care, social impact and governance, supported by a materiality assessment. It reports 1,247 employees at year-end and 43% women on the board, alongside workforce initiatives and health and safety data. Environmental disclosures include 5,158 tCO2e of location-based total emissions and 2,254 MWh of energy consumption. The reporting is prepared in accordance with the GRI Standards Core option and received independent AA1000AS assurance.
