Overview

The report presents Moderna's 2024 corporate responsibility performance across medicines for patients, employees, environment, community, and governance and ethics. It reports 5,800 employees, 49% women in the workforce, and no fatalities among employees or contractors related to operations. Environmental disclosures include 13,180 mt CO2e of Scope 1 emissions, 17,703 mt CO2e of location-based Scope 2 emissions, and a validated 90% absolute Scope 1 and 2 reduction target for 2030.
