Overview

The report presents MOMENI's 2022 ESG Strategy as a four-stage framework spanning the corporate level, managed assets, development projects, and all stages. Its headline climate commitments include net zero carbon for the corporate level by 2025, portfolio emissions reduction and net zero carbon by 2035, and 100 percent green leases by 2030. It reports more than 100 employees in 2022, with women representing 58% of the Group. It also presents a 2020 location-based emissions chart totaling 8,194 tCO2e.
