Overview

The report marks Monadelphous' 50th anniversary while describing continued growth across resources, energy and infrastructure markets. Sustainability highlights include new Stretch Reconciliation Action and Gender Diversity and Inclusion plans, the It's Up to Us campaign, and a formalised net-zero emissions goal for 2050. The company reports 18,355 tonnes CO2e of reportable Scope 1 and 2 emissions, 22,974 tonnes CO2e total emissions, and 268 TJ of total energy consumption for 2021/22. It also reports a 55 per cent improvement in Serious Incident Frequency Rate.
