Overview

The report describes MORITO's record FY2024 performance, with net sales of 48,537 million JPY and operating profit of 2,868 million JPY. Its Rideeco environmental initiative generated sales approaching 800 million JPY across the Group through recycled fishing-net materials and other sustainable products. The Group also began employee engagement surveys in FY2024 to identify organizational challenges and strengthen communication. Sustainability governance is supported by a Sustainability Committee under the Board and a dedicated TCFD analysis.
