Overview

The report covers the Group's Hong Kong and Macau tile retailing and supply operations from 1 April 2020 to 31 March 2021. It describes a three-step materiality assessment across 26 ESG topics and identifies quality of goods and services, health and safety of goods and customers, and customer communication and satisfaction as the most material topics. The Group reported 66 employees, 369.70 tonnes CO2e of total GHG emissions, 720.74 MWh of total energy consumption and 1,208.83 Cubic meter of total water consumption. It also reported no work-related fatalities and no corruption legal cases during the period.
