Overview

The report is MFG's first ESG Report and covers activities during 2021. It introduces the three-pillar Fuel the Future sustainability strategy, supported by a materiality assessment and Board oversight. Environmental disclosures include Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions, a 30% reduction target by 2030 from a 2020 baseline, and expansion of EV charging infrastructure. Social highlights include 1,038 employees, mandatory equality and diversity training, employee engagement measures and community fundraising.
