Overview

The report presents MSM's 2019 sustainability performance across economic, environmental and social themes. It reports 1,249 Group employees, alongside gender-diversity data and a 69:16 male-to-female manager ratio. Environmental disclosures include 3,341,358 cubic metres of water withdrawal, 418,812.6 m3 of recycled and reused water, and 33,165.27 tonnes of CO2 emissions. It also reports zero fatal accidents and details health, safety, community, and supplier-management initiatives.
