Overview

The report describes MUA's 2021-2023 transition strategy to become a sustainable regional insurer, built around prevention, protection and socially responsible investment. It reports 790 group employees across six countries and discloses group-wide gender composition. Environmental initiatives include reductions in paper and plastic consumption and detailed electricity and fuel-use tracking. The MUA Foundation contributed Rs 6,154,406 to societal causes in 2021, including sustainable development, vulnerable communities and prevention campaigns.
