Overview

The report describes a 2020 sustainability programme spanning responsible financing, environmental management, employee matters, human rights and anti-corruption. Sustainable loans represented around 20% of new retail business, while approximately EUR 0.5 billion of ESG financial products was placed. The workforce comprised 693 employees, with women representing 50.2% of employees and 17% of the Supervisory Board. The Bank reported no corruption or fraud cases through its whistleblowing system in 2020.
