Overview

The report presents NIS's 2019 sustainability performance across environmental protection, workforce safety, and community investment. It reports 968,941 t of Scope 1 CO2 emissions for EU ETS-covered plants and 273.579,23 t CO2 eq. of Scope 2 emissions. The company generated 15,715 tonnes of waste and recorded zero fatal workplace injuries. It also reports 389,831 GJ of realized energy savings and more than 371 million dinars invested in social responsibility projects.
