Business Responsibility Report

Overview

The report presents NSIL's second Business Responsibility Report for FY 2020-21, prepared in line with SEBI's suggested framework. It reports INR 8,10,000 spent on health-related CSR, including winter blanket distribution, and describes education, women empowerment, drinking water, sanitation and public health initiatives. The company reports four permanent employees, 100% safety and skill-upgradation training for permanent employees, and no ethics, human-rights, labour or sexual-harassment complaints. It also identifies investors, shareholders, employees, customers, borrowers, auditors, NGOs, government, regulators and competitors as key stakeholder groups.
