Commercial Sustainability Report

Overview

The report presents NAR's August 2025 survey of commercial-focused members on sustainability issues. Green data fields remained uncommon, with only 13 percent of respondents reporting that their Commercial Information Exchange had them, while 37 percent had completed some sustainability-related training. Energy efficiency was viewed as valuable in listings by 55 percent of respondents, and tenants most often asked about energy-efficiency features (58 percent) and vehicle charging stations (52 percent).
