Overview

The report brings the Annual Review together with the former Sustainability Report and describes a formal Sustainability Council overseeing enterprise-wide sustainability matters. It reports a 55% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions against the 2015 baseline, alongside renewable electricity reaching 31%. The Group also reached $1.8 billion in cumulative affordable and specialist housing financing toward its 2023 target.
