Overview

The report presents the Bank's 2023 ESG advances across climate, communities, employees, and governance. It reports 21,392 tonnes of CO2 equivalent in total GHG emissions and 72% energy consumption from renewable sources, alongside 31,243 employees and 42.9% women on the Board. The Bank describes an absolute 25% reduction target for its own operations by the end of 2025 from a 2019 reference year, and a net-zero ambition for operations and financing activities by 2050.
