Overview

The report describes NCC Group's resilient FY20 performance despite Covid-19, with Group revenue increasing to £263.7m and continued cash and balance-sheet strength. It established an ESG framework covering colleague wellbeing, climate change, local benefits and customer satisfaction, while reporting 1,499 tCO2e of absolute carbon emissions for 2020. The Board increased its focus on ESG, and the year also featured global wellbeing, inclusion and diversity initiatives supporting colleagues through the pandemic.
