ESG Report

Overview

The report presents nCino's 2022 ESG progress, including its first materiality assessment supported by FrameworksESG. It describes the DEI Council's expansion to 25 globally representative members after the SimpleNexus acquisition. Community activity included support for more than 50 non-profits and over 2,400 volunteer hours. The report also presents nCino's first detailed carbon-footprint figures, including 28% renewable electricity and Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions.
