Sustainability Progress Report

Overview

The report describes FY2026 progress against NCS's sustainability pledge across climate and communities. It reports a 48% year-on-year reduction in market-based Scope 1 and 2 emissions and a 45% renewable energy mix. It also highlights more than 10,000 colleagues completing the AI Foundation programme and 1,000 professionals certified across major cloud platforms. The report includes an independent limited assurance report covering Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions.
