Overview

The report presents Nedbank Group's 2011 integrated financial and sustainability performance, including carbon neutrality, water stewardship, groupwide GHG accounting and board-level sustainability governance. It reports 217 957,13 tonnes of total Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions and a 12% carbon-emissions reduction target by 2015. The sustainability section also documents a water stewardship programme and environmental, social and cultural performance. Selected non-financial information received limited assurance from Deloitte & Touche and KPMG Services.
