Overview

The report presents Neoen's 2024 sustainability performance across its teams, projects and communities. It reports 449 employees, 35.4% women in the workforce, 27.7% of women in management and 12.8 hours of training on average per employee. Its reported carbon footprint was 557,959 tons of CO2 across Scopes 1, 2 and 3, and 100% of commissioned solar and wind farms underwent environmental impact assessment. Taxonomy-aligned activity represented 99.7% of turnover, 97.5% of CapEx and 97.9% of OpEx, while the non-financial statement received limited assurance from RSM Paris.
