Social Responsibility Report

Overview

The report presents NEOM SR's first year of its five-year LEAD strategy, focused on human-centric social responsibility across NEOM and Tabuk. It highlights more than 50K overall beneficiaries, 583 people hired from the NEOM and Tabuk region, and extensive entrepreneurship, career counseling, scholarship, and community programs. NEOM Friends reached 24,314 beneficiaries through 38 completed initiatives, supported by 935 volunteers and 4,965 volunteer hours. The report also features environmental clean-ups, green initiatives, local-content activities, and programs intended to strengthen sustainable and inclusive community development.
