Overview

The report presents NEPI Rockcastle's 2019 Group sustainability strategy across four pillars, with Board guidance and a Social and Ethics Committee coordinating implementation. Resource-management disclosures include 533,496 MWh of energy consumption, 1,952,217 m3 of water consumption and 28,666 tons of total waste. It reports 51% of properties certified BREEAM Very Good or Excellent and 441 active employees at year-end. The Group sets a 20% carbon-footprint reduction commitment by 2030 and states the report is prepared in accordance with the GRI Standards: Core option.
