Overview

The report presents Nestlé India's 2019 sustainability agenda across sustainable business, brands, operations, communities, environment and organization. It highlights plastic neutrality for MAGGI noodles, NESCAFÉ and KITKAT, alongside reductions in energy use, carbon emissions, water use and wastewater of 49%, 58%, 54% and 59% respectively from 2004 to 2019. Its CSR programmes reached 5 million beneficiaries, combining direct and indirect reach. The report also sets out a vision for 100% reusable or recyclable packaging by 2025.
