Overview

The report covers the Group's ESG performance in Hong Kong and the PRC from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026. It describes Board-led ESG oversight and an updated materiality assessment. Environmental disclosures report 28,291 MWh of total energy consumption, 614,497 m3 of water consumption, net Scope 1 emissions of -112.19 tCO2e after tree-planting removals, and Scope 3 Category 5 emissions of 249.79 tCO2e. Social disclosures report zero work-related fatalities and 112 average training hours completed per employee.
