Overview

The report covers 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2024 and includes the Group's eighth ESG Report, covering major automobile dealership operations in Beijing and Tianjin. It reports 819.66 tonnes CO2e of total GHG emissions, including 33.12 Scope 1, 771.67 Scope 2 and 14.87 Scope 3. The ESG report reports 100 employees within its defined scope, while the consolidated annual report reports 396 Group employees, and records no work-related fatalities in the past three years. Sustainability governance assigns ultimate responsibility and ESG oversight to the Board, supported by an ESG Working Group and Audit Committee.
