Overview

The report is the Group's tenth ESG report and covers ESG initiatives and performance from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026, focusing on major automobile dealership operations in Beijing and Tianjin. The Board has ultimate responsibility for sustainable development and oversight of overall ESG issues, supported by the ESG Working Group and Audit Committee. The report discloses Scope 1, Scope 2 and partial Scope 3 emissions, with refrigerant replenishment data newly included during the period.
