Overview

The report presents Newell Brands' 2024 enterprise-wide Scope 1 emissions of 212,438 MT CO2e and location- and market-based Scope 2 emissions of 169,614 and 148,089 MT CO2e. Manufacturing Scope 1 and 2 emissions were 37% below the 2016 baseline, while renewable electricity was 12% of enterprise-wide electricity consumption. It reports 24,002 MT of manufacturing waste and 1,162 million gallons of global manufacturing water use, and describes expanded responsible-sourcing coverage, 560 audits and 484 corrective actions.
