Overview

The report covers calendar 2024, referred to as FY25, and describes NewRiver's acquisition of Capital & Regional, with separate environmental disclosures for each business. NewRiver reports a 13% reduction in absolute Scope 1 emissions and a 12% reduction in location-based Scope 2 emissions, reaching 93% of the way to its SBTi-approved 2030 target. Portfolio waste generation was 2,761 tonnes, although only 52% of total waste volume was recycled against an 85% target. The ESG programme also maintained a B rating in CDP and expanded community and employee initiatives.
