Sustainability Report

Overview

The report describes the NFTA's first formal sustainability plan, with authority-wide goals and measurable objectives. It establishes a FY2024 baseline of 35,270 metric tons of CO2-equivalent for direct and indirect emissions. The plan highlights fleet, energy, waste and water, safety, resilience, and renewable-energy initiatives. It also sets a goal to decarbonize the revenue and non-revenue fleet by 2040.
