Overview

The report presents NAF's sustainability management, materiality process, and TCFD-based climate governance. For 2023, it reports portfolio environmental performance of 9,046 (1000 kWh) total energy consumption, 3,880 t-CO2 emissions, and 21,777 m3 water consumption, alongside a 50% intensity reduction target by 2030 from 2015. It describes renewable-energy use, LED installation completed at 118 properties, and a stated aim to realize net-zero greenhouse-gas emissions by 2050.
