Overview

The report presents NAF's 2024 environmental performance for portfolio common areas, including 8,986 (1000 kWh) of total energy use, 3,697 t-CO2 of CO2 emissions, and 20,865 m3 of water consumption. It sets a 50% intensity-based CO2 reduction target for 2030 and promotes net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050. The report also documents TCFD-based climate disclosure and reports that women represent 25% of the four directors.
