Overview

The report describes NBF's ESG governance through its ESG Promotion Committee, support for TCFD, and participation in the CDP Climate Change Program. For 2021, it reports 426,911 thousand kWh of total energy consumption, 150,079 t-CO2 of total CO2 emissions before non-fossil fuel certificate deductions, 1,360 thousand m3 of water consumption, and 9,462 t of waste emissions. The report also highlights green building certification coverage of 78.1% of portfolio floor area and ongoing tenant, community, and employee initiatives.
