Overview

The report combines Nippon Fine Chemical's previously separate RC, CSR and Sustainability Reports into one integrated report. It describes TCFD support, UN Global Compact participation, a Sustainability Committee and a materiality matrix. For FY2022, it reports 100% renewable energy for purchased energy and a 33% reduction in combined Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions compared with FY2013. The report also provides FY2022 human-resources data, including 416 employees.
