Overview

The report highlights NPR's 2024 GRESB 5-Star and sector-leader recognition, alongside continued ESG integration across its Japanese logistics portfolio. It reports 2023 portfolio energy consumption of 194,855 MWh and GHG emissions of 72,305 t-CO2e, with water and waste metrics also disclosed. The Prologis Group has committed to net-zero emissions across its entire value chain by 2040, with interim operational and solar targets.
