Overview

The report describes NPR's materiality process and ESG governance, reports 2024 portfolio energy, water, waste and GHG metrics, and highlights a 2040 net-zero commitment. It reports 204,284 MWh of portfolio energy consumption, 410,346 m 3 of water consumption and 53,605 t of waste generated in 2024. The report also states that annual external assurance by LRQA covers internally collected and aggregated GHG emissions data. ESG disclosures are prepared in accordance with GRI Standards and also use the SASB Real Estate Standard.
