Overview

The report covers Nisshinbo Group activities for fiscal 2015 and presents the Group's shift toward electronics, with net sales of 5,340 hundred million yen and 23,055 employees. It reports 11.08 Million GJ of energy use, 730.6 Thousand t-CO2 of greenhouse gas emissions, and 65.3 Thousand t of waste. The Group established material issues around compliance, environmental and energy contributions, and creating a secure and safe society, alongside medium-term environmental targets. Diversity initiatives focus on women, including a target to triple the number of women in management positions by fiscal 2020.
