Overview

The report presents NMB's 2024 sustainability performance across sustainable finance, sustainable operations, financial inclusion, and climate. It reports the first operational GHG baseline covering Scope 1, Scope 2, and selected Scope 3 categories, alongside 1,121,519 tCO2e of financed Scope 3 emissions. The report also describes a double materiality assessment covering financial and impact materiality. Sustainable finance and inclusion highlights include Jamii Bond allocation and mass onboarding of customers.
