Overview

The report is Nuobikan's first ESG disclosure and presents its 2025 sustainability management and performance. It establishes Board-level ultimate responsibility supported by an ESG Working Group and uses stakeholder input to identify six material issues. The report quantifies Scope 1, Scope 2 and partial Scope 3 emissions, as well as energy, water, waste, employee and safety metrics. It also documents ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management-system certifications and climate-risk scenario analysis.
