Overview

The report is Nölsen's 13th Sustainability Report and covers 2023 performance across its German and Polish operations. It introduces selected KPI reporting according to ESRS, alongside a double-materiality analysis and disclosures on employees, supply-chain due diligence, products, energy, emissions, waste, biodiversity, and water. The company reports 3,743 tons of company-wide CO2 emissions and describes annual measurement, reduction, and offsetting activities. It also maintains UN Global Compact alignment and a goal to become climate-neutral by 2045.
